In
the prefabs, one finds the same objects: the same mirrors, the same knick-knacks,
the same gas fires. No doubt these are the objects of a generation but
also the symbols of a certain time and a certain way of life. |
The
prefabs of Newport are full of asbestos, like almost all the others anyway.
Everywhere I was told that there were two types of asbestos: the good
and the bad one. Of course, I have been assured that only the good asbestos
was found in the prefabs. |
