grey clouds covering Newport when I met her. The prefabs have the privilege
of enjoying lots of light. |
Ray
and Jean bought their prefab 12 years ago thanks to the “Thatcher’s
Right to Buy”. Even tenants of prefabs could have the opportunity
of becoming a home owner. At least, this law will have extended the life
of a few prefabs. |
